Appointed by a U.S. based design consultant, we supplied and installed
hundreds of designer lights imported worldwide. Wiring up all fixtures
to tens of dimmer control units to allow programming by lighting
designers from the States, together we created a series of
wonderful effects in the newly renovated Images of Singapore Museum.

Our contributions to the two places of interest include demolition,
wetworks, special effect walls and painting. We also supplied and
installed designer light fittings as designated by U.S. based lighting
designer. Working as a team, we created yet another merit. |

Science Centre |

Our presence in Singapore Science Centre has always been consistent.
We are proud to be part of the team in the latest upgrading of the
Atrium and exhibits. Other than the usual electrical and cabling elements,
the special effect lightings installation and controls were also carried
out exclusively by our team. |

Singapore
City Gallery @ URA Building |
 |
|
With interactive exhibits designed by London based consultant, we
were asked to develop, build and install to the newly openly Singapore
City Gallery (previously known as the URA Gallery). Other than creating
ten over of interactive exhibits, our team was also the one behind
the main structural works within the Gallery. These include an eye-catching
2-storey curved Media wall with two rows of LED Boards running vertically
and a 7m high curve wall structure standing right in the middle of
the Gallery. |

Tonkichi
Japanese Restaurant @ Suntec City |
 |
|
We were delighted to be tasked with the role of a Design Consultant
and Fabricator to Tonkichi flagship store in Suntec. We transformed
the 200 odd square metres store from a traditional Japanese restaurant
to a modern, yet tinting a little taste of Japanese, flagship store.
With proper and careful space planning, the capacity of the restaurant
was also increased. To avoid business disruption, the entire restaurant
renovation was completed in a short timespan of 14 days. |

Royce’s
Confection @ Suntec City |

|
With design from Japanese Consultant, we were appointed to fabricate
and install the interior decorations of Royce’s Confection flagship
store in Suntec, level 1. Other than that, the lighting concepts and
fittings were proposed and installed by the same team. Resulting in
a minimalistic yet sophisticated leading chocolate flagship store. |

Petrol Stations |
| |
We
are pleased to be the Subcontractor running the Service and Maintenance
Call contract, island-wide to Shell Petrol Stations. Mobile teams are specially
dedicated to attend such service calls, 24 hours a day, seven days a week,
always on the road, ensuring calls are attended to within the same day.
Our responsive teams also ensure that urgent calls are attended to within
2-hrs upon call received. |

Pokka
Food Factory |
 |
|
We were engaged by Pokka Food for their upgrading works to their warehouse
(with an area of approximately 2000 square meters). Our works include
the demolition of the existing Asbestos roof, with complete compliance
with the Ministry of Manpower’s regulations, interior and exterior
paintings, electrical and general carpentry works. With our prompt
actions and full attention, the whole job was completed within 5 weeks.
